I’m Karas Wright, founder of Wright Step Coaching, certified Systems Business Coach®, and a leadership + mindset coach with over 25 years of experience in business, banking, and executive development.

I’ve led commercial, agricultural, and personal banking teams, served as an internal executive coach at TD Bank, and hold both Education From SAIT in Business Administration and BA in Psychology from Trinity Western University, with several coaching certifications including DiSC, Motivators, and business coaching.
